Terms of Service — Ophiuchus

By purchasing or using Ophiuchus, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, don't buy it.

1. What You're Buying

When you purchase a key (7-day, 30-day, or lifetime), you are buying access to the software in its current state at the time of purchase. You are not buying a promise of future updates, features, or continued development.

2. No Guarantees on Longevity

Ophiuchus is an independent project. We reserve the right to discontinue development, updates, and sales at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This applies to all key types, including lifetime keys. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not yours. If the product is discontinued, your access remains valid for as long as the software functions, but we are under no obligation to maintain, update, or fix it after that point.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this product, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. You receive your key instantly upon purchase — there is nothing to "return."

4. One Key, One User

Keys are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your key to others will result in it being revoked without a refund.

5. We Can Revoke Access

We reserve the right to revoke any key at our discretion if we believe you are violating these terms, chargebacking, or causing problems in the community. No refund will be issued.

6. No Liability

Ophiuchus is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any issues, losses, or consequences that arise from using our software. You use it at your own risk.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, your key will be permanently revoked and you will be banned from future purchases.

8. Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes means you accept the new terms.
