All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Since this is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, there is nothing to return. Your key is active the moment you receive it.

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion if:

• You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment error
• You never received your key and we are unable to resolve the issue

These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to approve any refund request.

How to Request

If you believe you qualify for an exception, contact us on Discord within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours, no requests will be considered regardless of the reason.

Chargebacks

Do not file a chargeback with your bank or card provider. If you do, your key will be permanently revoked, you will be banned from future purchases, and we will dispute the chargeback with Stripe. If you have an issue, talk to us first.

What Doesn't Qualify

• You changed your mind
• You didn't read the terms before buying
• The product didn't meet your personal expectations
• You got banned from something while using it
• The product was discontinued after your purchase
